As the IDS at Tate High School, my goal is to support the staff in improving student outcomes through effective teaching. I am available to teachers during fourth, fifth and sixth periods. Come talk with me in the IDS office and Teacher Resource Room between 116/118.

I Don't Want to be Coached, but I want some support.
Yes, We Can!
You don't have to be coached or go through a full coaching cycle to work with the IDS. The IDS offers support, resources, or just another set of eyes and ears in the classroom.

I Don't Want Everyone to Know What We're Working on Together.
All of the information and work done with the IDS is confidential. Nothing that we do together will be shared with administration or other teachers. It's non-evaluative.

Change is one of the hardest things to accept and embrace. The IDS can help you identify goals, expectations and plans for making changes in your classroom.
